OKA MOBILE (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application VidmorAI (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:

• User content: photos/images you upload, text prompts you enter, and AI-generated videos/results.
• Account / contact information: if you contact us, we may receive your email address and message content.
• Device and usage data: device model, OS version, app version, language, approximate region, crash logs, and feature usage statistics.
• Purchase information: if you buy subscriptions or in-app products, payment is processed by Google Play. We receive purchase status/entitlement data, not your full payment card details.
• Permissions: with your consent, the App may access photos/media storage or camera to select images for generation.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide image-to-video and related AI generation features
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App
• Enforce content safety rules and prevent policy-violating use
• Process purchases and restore entitlements
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with law and Google Play policies

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Services

To generate videos, your uploaded images and prompts may be sent to third-party AI / cloud providers that process content on our behalf. Those providers may process data in servers located outside your country.

We only use providers we approve for production. We require them to process data for providing the service and not for unrelated purposes, subject to their terms and applicable law.

We may also use analytics, crash reporting, cloud hosting, or customer support tools. These services process limited technical or support data under their own privacy policies.

4. Content Safety

The App is not intended for sexual, pornographic, or sexually explicit content. We may automatically or manually review, block, refuse, or delete prompts, uploads, or outputs that appear to violate our Terms, Google Play policies, or law (including sexual content, exploitation, or other restricted content).

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:

• With service providers needed to run the App (including AI generation providers)
• With Google for Play billing, distribution, and policy compliance
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with continued protection commitments)

6. Data Retention

We retain user content and related data only as long as needed to provide the service, handle support, enforce safety rules, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your content or account-related data by contacting us. Some backups, logs, or legal records may be retained for a limited period.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. 10. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we take steps to protect such transfers in accordance with applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
